Release
Let go of what you've been carrying.
Stress, perfectionism and self-doubt don't just live in your mind - they shape how you move, respond and experience life. Our classes help you release what no longer serves you and create space for self-expression, self-trust and healing.
Regulate
Build the capacity to navigate life with more ease.
Through fitness, somatic and restorative movement and breath, you'll expand your nervous system capacity to move through challenges without getting stuck in them.
Reclaim
Reclaim who you were before the world told you who to be.
Reclaim your relationship with movement, your joy, your confidence and your self-love. Leave each class feeling stronger, more connected, and more authentically yourself.
Squat + Reset blends fitness with nervous system regulation to help you release what you've been carrying, reclaim your joy and self-love, and build the resilience to move through life with more ease

All Of You Here
Every version of you belongs here. This is a space where every part of you is safe to be seen, felt and expressed.
Modify,
Don't Override
We listen to our bodies in this space. The strongest thing we can do is modify is a world that has taught us to push through.

MEET IVY WATTS

As a former All-American Track & Field athlete and Top 30 NCAA Woman of the Year Finalist, Ivy knows firsthand what it is like to appear successful on the outside, while struggling internally. For years, she battled anxiety and self-doubt in silence, pushing herself to achieve more without ever being taught how to respond in a healthy way to stress.
Through discovering somatic healing, Ivy's relationship with her mental health and her body finally began to change. With a Master's in Public Health, a degree in psychology, and certification in somatic coaching and fitness training, Ivy built something that she wishes she had when she was an athlete - a space to learn how to feel safe in intensity, release stress and pressure from the body and reconnect with joy and confidence.
